Refund and Return Policy for Valve Products
一、政策适用范围 Scope
本政策仅适用于安品必得® APIbD® 品牌阀门产品的线上销售订单。
This policy applies exclusively to online sales orders of Anpin Bide / APIbD brand valve products.
二、订单确认与生产确认 Order & Production Confirmation
- 定制阀门(如按图纸加工、特殊材质 / 压力等级、非标规格) 定制阀门一经工厂排产,不接受非质量原因的取消或变更。Custom valves (e.g., made-to-draw, special material/pressure rating, non-standard specifications) No cancellation or modification due to non-quality reasons will be accepted once the custom valve enters production.
- 标准库存阀门(通用规格、现货) 标准库存阀门在未发货前,可申请订单变更或取消;已发货订单按以下条款执行。Standard stock valves (common specifications, in-stock items) Modifications or cancellations are allowed for standard stock valves before shipment. For orders already shipped, the following terms apply.
三、退货条件 Return Eligibility
仅在以下情况下,我们接受退货申请:
We only accept return applications under the following conditions:
- 产品存在质量缺陷或制造问题(经我方技术部门确认) 包括但不限于:铸造缺陷、加工误差、密封性能不合格、出厂检测未达标等。Product has quality defects or manufacturing issues (confirmed by our technical department) Including but not limited to casting defects, machining errors, unqualified sealing performance, failed factory inspection, etc.
- 我方发错货(型号 / 规格 / 材质与订单不符) 我们承担因此产生的退货运费及重新发货的物流成本。Incorrect shipment (model/specification/material does not match the order) We will bear the return shipping cost and the logistics cost for resending the correct item.
四、不接受退货的情况 Non-Returnable Situations
以下情况,我方不接受退货申请:
We do not accept return applications under the following circumstances:
- 非质量原因的 “无理由退货”(包括但不限于:客户选错型号 / 规格、下单后变更工况、采购计划变更等) “No-reason returns” for non-quality reasons (including but not limited to customer-selected wrong model/specification, changed working conditions after order placement, procurement plan changes, etc.)
- 阀门已安装、使用或改造,无法恢复出厂状态的 Valves that have been installed, used, or modified and cannot be restored to factory condition
- 客户自行运输、存储不当导致的损坏、锈蚀或性能下降 Damage, rust, or performance degradation caused by improper transportation or storage by the customer
- 超出质保期的产品(常规阀门质保期为出厂后 12 个月,或实际使用不超过 6 个月,以先到者为准) Products exceeding the warranty period (standard warranty is 12 months from factory dispatch, or 6 months of actual use, whichever comes first)
- 客户未提供有效订单证明或质量问题检测报告的 No valid order proof or quality issue inspection report provided by the customer
五、退款流程 Refund Process
- 客户发现问题后,需在收到货物7 个工作日内向我方提交书面说明、照片 / 视频证据及订单号。 Customers must submit a written description, photo/video evidence, and order number to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods after discovering a problem.
- 我方技术部门收到申请后,在 3 个工作日内给出初步判定;如需现场或第三方检测,双方协商检测方式与时间。 Our technical department will issue a preliminary judgment within 3 working days after receiving the application. If on-site or third-party inspection is required, both parties will negotiate the inspection method and time.
- 确认属于我方责任的,客户需按我方指定地址退回产品(运费由我方承担);产品经我方复检确认无误后,15 个工作日内办理退款或补发。 If confirmed as our responsibility, the customer must return the product to the address specified by us (we bear the shipping cost). Refund or replacement will be processed within 15 working days after the product is re-inspected and confirmed by us.
- 若检测结果显示非我方责任,客户需承担检测费及往返运费,我方不接受退款。 If the inspection result shows it is not our responsibility, the customer shall bear the inspection fee and round-trip shipping cost, and no refund will be accepted.
六、质保与维修 Warranty & Repair
- 常规阀门质保期为出厂后 12 个月,或实际使用不超过 6 个月,以先到者为准。 The standard warranty period for valves is 12 months from factory dispatch, or 6 months of actual use, whichever comes first.
- 质保期内,非人为损坏的质量问题,我方提供免费维修或更换服务;人为损坏或超出质保期的,提供有偿维修服务。 During the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement for quality issues not caused by human factors. For man-made damage or out-of-warranty products, we provide paid repair services.
七、最终说明 Final Statement
本政策为通用条款,具体订单的退款 / 退货事宜,以双方签订的《销售合同》为准。
本公司保留对本政策的最终解释权。
This policy is a general clause. Refund/return matters for specific orders shall be subject to the “Sales Contract” signed by both parties.
Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.
